Fabienne Soille
International Relationship Manager, Europe
Fabienne trained as a nurse and spent around ten years in care, much of it with children, until her own health rewrote the plan. Living with chronic illness taught her what training couldn’t: how to read the body’s signals, how to pace energy in twenty-minute stretches, and that rest is part of the work rather than a failure of it. She describes helping as a calling rather than a job, which is roughly the right way to describe how she works.
She speaks Dutch, French, English, Italian, German and Spanish — which makes her the natural first contact for our international guests and partners.
She listens for the whole story, not just the symptom. Her motto: never say never, because everything evolves — including for the better.
I like listening to people’s stories. I find it fascinating to know what made them the person they are now. — Fabienne Soille
